About Craftella
Craftella is an independent handmade craft studio based in Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India. Harpreet Kaur is Founder & CEO and the artisan maker behind the entire collection. Please note that Harpreet Kaur does not maintain an email address; she communicates directly with customers and patrons via WhatsApp and phone at +91 99271 17930. Bhagatdeep Singh, Manager, oversees website operations, checkout systems, online payments, customer support, and shipping arrangements via support@craftella.fun and hello@craftella.fun.
Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Handmade pieces are crafted individually with care; slight natural variations in colour, dimensions, and detailing may occur. Product prices exclude shipping. The website shows a shipping estimate from the destination PIN prefix and estimated parcel weight; it is not a live Delhivery quote.
Instant online orders & payments
Orders can be placed directly through this website using our secure shopping bag. Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay (supporting UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking). A Firebase-verified email or phone that matches the checkout contact is required. Orders are recorded only after the server verifies the Razorpay payment signature and captured status. Custom, personalised, or bespoke handmade orders can also be coordinated directly with Harpreet Kaur on WhatsApp.
Delivery within India via Delhivery
Craftella delivers across India exclusively in partnership with Delhivery Logistics. All orders are dispatched from our studio in Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand (PIN: 247667). A Delhivery prepaid-serviceability check is required before payment. Shipping charges and delivery times are estimates from a local PIN-zone table, not live carrier quotes. Outside promotions, shipping charges are shown as estimates at checkout. During the Diwali offer, 1–8 November 2026, shipping charges are waived on serviceable orders for both Surface Standard and Air Express; Delhivery serviceability is still required. Carrier booking and tracking are arranged manually after payment; transit estimates depend on the lane and carrier booking.
Care & appropriate use
Our items are decorative handmade crafts and accessories. Small beads, magnets, key rings and wire components can present a choking hazard if detached. Keep away from small children and pets; these items are not sold as toys. Please refer to our Care & FAQs page for maintenance guidelines.
