Estimated shipping and secure checkout

Shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates based on destination PIN prefix and parcel weight, not live Delhivery quotes. Before a payment can begin, the server checks whether Delhivery accepts prepaid deliveries to the PIN. The estimate is included in the payment total; transit times are estimates until a shipment is booked.

Delivery across India & dispatch hub

Craftella arranges delivery through Delhivery only for PIN codes the carrier confirms as serviceable. Orders are packed at our studio in Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand (PIN: 247667). We offer two service tiers:

• Delhivery Surface Standard: Estimated ground transit is 2–5 business days depending on your postal zone.
• Delhivery Air Express: Estimated priority transit is 1–2 business days on supported lanes.

Shipping charges

Outside promotions, shipping charges are estimated from the destination PIN and parcel weight; the final carrier charge may vary after booking. During the Diwali offer, 1–8 November 2026, shipping charges are waived on serviceable orders for both Surface Standard and Air Express. Delhivery serviceability is still required.

Handmade preparation & dispatch timing

Since each item is crafted by hand, please allow 1–2 business days for careful packaging and quality check before courier handover. Custom colours, personalized gifts, or bulk party favours may require additional preparation time, which can be coordinated directly with Harpreet Kaur on WhatsApp.

Tracking and dispatch updates

Shipment booking and tracking are arranged manually after payment; this website does not create labels or send automatic courier messages. For order updates, contact Bhagatdeep Singh at support@craftella.fun or orders@craftella.fun.

Damages, issues & returns

If your package arrives damaged or you notice any defect, please contact Bhagatdeep Singh at support@craftella.fun within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
